PRICES
The prices indicated are per night. A minimum of 7 nights is required during the high season and 2 nights during the low season. The visitors tax is not included in these prices and will be paid in addition. For each payment at the center, you will receive a receipt. Claims, if any, have to be set up at this time and no further claims will therefore be considered.

OPTIONS
The options have no contractual value and may be cancelled free of charge by both parties.

RESERVATION
An administration fee is counted for each reservation. Reservations are only confirmed after receipt of the booking form and the initial instalment. Special reservation wishes, if any, will be taken into account by the management, if possible and without any liability.

PAYMENT
For the rental of bungalows, caravans and reservations of caravan and tent pitches, the balance must be paid at the latest, one month before the date of arrival. For all reservations made less than one month before the date of arrival, payment for any rent must be made in full.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
The occupation of bungalows and caravans is from 16 PM Saturday to 10 AM Saturday. On departure, all keys handed in after 10 AM will lead to the addition of an extra night to your account. At your rental departure any housework left undone will be charged 38 euros. The camping-caravan sites must be released at 12 AM on the day of departure. The rent for caravan and tent pitches is payable from 12 AM on the day of arrival to 12 AM on the day of departure. Vacation after 12 AM will cause an extra night to be charged to your account. Any extension of the stay must be notified at latest 24 hours before the scheduled date of departure. In the case of earlier departure, even if ordered by management, no refund will be made. The management reserves the right to reallocate the pitch as required.

ALTERATIONS
No booking alterations are normally allowed within the month before the scheduled date of arrival. This period excepted, the alteration may be granted, depending upon availability, and an alteration fee will be charged .

CANCELLATION
1. Reservation will be cancelled and the balance will be charged for any reservation instalment not corresponding to the correct amount or not paid within the required time.
2. Reservation will be cancelled and the balance will be charged for non payment of the balance in accordance with the general conditions of sale.
3. Any cancellation of reservation must be notified in writing and is subject to the fulfilment of the here and mentioned conditions :
- Received at least 1 month before the date of arrival : 30 % of the total amount due remains payable to the centre.
- Received 30 to 8 days before the date of arrival : 50 % of the total amount due remains payable to the centre .
- Received 7 to 2 days before the date of arrival : 75 % of the total amount due remains payable to the centre .
- Received less than 2 days before the date of arrival : 100 % of the total amount due remains payable to the centre .
In the case of cancellation for reasons for which the management of the centre is responsible, all payments made will be refunded in full. In the case of delayed arrival, the reservation will be cancelled after 48 hours, unless notification is given by the client before this deadline .

CANCELLATION INSURANCE
The cancellation insurance must be drawn up when making the reservation. This permits the refund of the costs by the insurer under the general and particular conditions of the insurance contract received with the confirmation of the booking, subject to the fulfilment of the conditions mentioned in the cancellation terms.

INSURANCES
The manager of the centre declines all responsability for any damage suffered to the campers / caravaners equipment. Campers / caravaners should take out an insurance policy for their tent, caravan, and equipment and for civil liability.

NATURIST LICENCE
The naturist licence is compulsary for all persons aged 15 years and over.

MISCELLANEOUS
The reservation fees, the naturist licence and the fees for the cancellation insurance are in no case refundable.
Minors : written parental permission must be presented to the management of the centre at the time of booking. When noted by the management a signed copy is returned to the parents or guardian.

DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Only pets are allowed. A valid vaccination certificate and tattoo, if appropriate, is required at the time of registration at the centre, and they must wear the specific pass of the centre. Please note all visitors dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

JURISDICTION
In the case of a dispute the claim is to be addressed to the court at the town of the company head office and this is tobe considered as the only competent court of jurisdiction by both parties.
