At CHM, you will find a Resident Office 100% dedicated to you. Our team welcomes you and assists with all your resident-related questions: contracts, packages, works, “guest stays,” sales, and more.
Resident Service opening hours:
July & August: every day 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays)
March-April-May-June & September-October: Monday to Saturday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
The rest of the year: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Facilities and Works Department
All alterations and works concerning the exterior of your accommodation must be declared to and approved by the Planning and Works Department.
You can request an appointment by email, stating the reason for your request: sat.chm@vacanceselect.com

During this time, our teams and external contractors work actively to maintain and modernize this iconic site, which will soon be 75 years old. These essential works sometimes involve water or power cuts, Wi-Fi interruptions, temporary gate closures, or other site interventions.
To avoid any unpleasant surprises, sign up for our SMS alert list. This is intended for owners to keep you informed of any disruptions (only one registration per accommodation).
