On-site services at the CHM

At CHM, security is an integral part of your stay!

For your peace of mind and everyone’s safety, it is compulsory to wear a badge, and spot checks are regularly carried out inside the CHM.

You will see the Quebecs cycling around regularly to ensure your peace and quiet during your stay, so don’t hesitate to call them out if you need to! They are supervised by team leaders and security guards with professional cards.

A first aid kit is available in the infirmary at the entrance to the CHM, and there are 4 defibrillators at your disposal: on beach 1, in the swimming pool, in the water park and in the security 4×4.

Lifeguards are alternately assigned to supervise the beaches and aquatic areas during the high season. Their duties include ensuring that nudity is respected.

At the CHM’s Centre Co’, there’s no need to leave the holiday village, thanks to the many shops available for your purchases, so that your holiday really does rhyme with relaxation and happiness…
Unique to a holiday centre, no fewer than eleven restaurants and snack bars are happy to welcome you and “treat your taste buds”. There’s something for everyone!

A mail/package delivery service is available from mid-June to mid-September. Mail is delivered on presentation of your badge on Mondays and Fridays from 2pm to 4pm and from Tuesday to Thursday from 11.30am to 1.30pm at the shopping centre. A letterbox is available at the entrance to the CHM for sending your mail.

The reception is open every day in high season from 9am to 8pm, where you’ll find all the information you need to make sure you have the best holiday with us.

At the heart of the Espace Robert Poulain, the activities desk is open everyday from 10am to 1pm and 5pm to 8pm. Information, loan of equipment (rackets, balls, golf clubs, etc.), tennis court reservations and registrations for special events.
