What is the minimum number of nights I can book?
For a camping pitch:
– April, May, June and September: 2 nights minimum, arrival and departure free.
– July and August: 2 nights minimum, arrival and departure free.
Arrival on site without reservation: no minimum (for stays in July and August: reservation strongly recommended).
For a rental :
– April, May, June, September: minimum 2 nights, arrival and departure free.
– July and August: 7-night stays, Wednesday/Wednesday, Saturday/Saturday.

Bookings
ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY
What is the maximum number of people per accommodation?
Depending on the capacity of the accommodation, up to 8 people.
For safety and insurance reasons, the campsite manager will refuse to accept any person in excess of the stated capacity, even if an extra charge is made.
When making your reservation, you must state the surnames, first names and dates of birth of all occupants (including babies).
Is a baby considered to be a person?
A baby is considered to be a person in its own right.
VEHICLES
How many vehicles are authorised per booking? Where can I park?
Only one vehicle is authorised per pitch (with the exception of a second vehicle, for which a supplement is payable).
You can park your vehicle on your pitch or nearby.
Please note that the ‘Ecureuils’ rental zone is a pedestrian zone.
Where can I recharge my electric vehicle at the campsite?
Two electric recharging points have been set up near the small swimming pool so that you can recharge your vehicles inside the centre. There is a charge for their use, so please ask at reception.
PETS
Are pets accepted?
Dogs and cats are accepted for a supplement of €5/day (excluding category 1 and 2 dogs).
Maximum 2 pets per accommodation.
Dogs must be kept on a lead on the campsite and are not allowed in public areas of the CHM. Access to the beach is restricted.
No dog may be left alone in the accommodation.
Authorised pets must be tattooed or chipped. Don’t forget to bring your up-to-date vaccination certificate.

How do I pay for my holiday?
You can pay for your holiday by bank card (VISA or Mastercard), cheque, bank transfer or ANCV holiday vouchers.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
When do you have to pay the balance of your booking?
We must receive payment of the balance of your holiday no later than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
PAYMENT BY ANCV HOLIDAY VOUCHERS
What is the procedure for paying by paper holiday vouchers (ANCV)?
If you have chosen to pay all or part of your booking by ANCV holiday vouchers, you must send them by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, quoting your file number, to the following address:

The payment schedule is the same as that described in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The deposit paid at the time of booking cannot be paid by holiday vouchers (ANCV).
Holiday vouchers (ANCV) must be received by CHM Montalivet within 5 working days. Payment by holiday vouchers (ANCV) is no longer possible 15 days before the start of the holiday.
WORKS COUNCIL
Is your Works Council paying for part of your holiday and would you like a certificate or invoice?
Before your stay, you can provide your Works Council with your booking confirmation. After your stay, we can send you a paid invoice and a certificate of your stay on request by telephone or e-mail.
The file must be registered in the name of the beneficiary. No changes can be made after invoicing.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
What does the holiday cancellation and interruption insurance cover?

The holiday cancellation and interruption insurance reimburses all sums paid (except excess, insurance subscription and booking fees) before the arrival date of the holiday. In the event of interruption of the holiday, the amount of the part not used will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the holiday booked.
Stay
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival and departure times are indicated on your booking confirmation. For rentals, arrival times in high season are between 4pm and 7pm, and for camping pitches you can arrive from 12pm. Departure times for accommodation are before 10am and for pitches before 12pm.
What should I do if I arrive outside the times indicated?
For late arrivals up to 11pm, you must contact reception before 6pm on 05 56 737373, subject to acceptance by the campsite.
No arrivals will be accepted outside these times. No refund, even partial, will be given by the Company in the event of arrival outside the authorised times, after the date of reservation or early departure. For further information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale..
WIFI
Is there Wi-Fi at the campsite?
Wifi is available on the campsite, but you will have to pay for it directly on the Ozmosis website.
CHILDREN’S CLUB
Is there a charge for children’s clubs? How does registration work?
There is no charge for children’s clubs, but registration is compulsory and takes place every Sunday at the entertainment desk.
ACCOMMODATION
Is it possible to pitch a tent next to my accommodation?
For safety and insurance reasons, it is not possible to pitch a tent on the site of rental accommodation.
However, you can rent a bare pitch to pitch a tent.
Is it possible to choose a specific pitch?
Depending on availability, you can choose a specific pitch for a fee of €5 per day. The price is €45.
Is it possible to book two mobile homes side by side?
Depending on availability, you can book two mobile homes side by side for a fee of €45 for the 2 files.
BED LINEN AND TOWELS
Are the beds equipped with blankets and pillows?
Pillows and blankets are provided in all our accommodation.
Are sheets and towels provided?
Towels and bed linen are not provided in all our accommodation. However, you can hire sheets from our central reservations office.
Sheets and towels are only included in our Privilege range of mobile homes.
TV
Is your accommodation equipped with a television?
Television is a paying service available in some of our accommodation. You can hire it for €6/day (subject to availability).
TV is only included in our Privilege mobile-home range.
AC
Does your accommodation have air conditioning?
Air conditioning is a chargeable service in some accommodation.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING
Do I have to clean my mobile home at the end of my stay?
Do I have to clean my mobile home at the end of my stay?
Unlike a stay in a hotel, you are responsible for cleaning the mobile home at the end of your stay. If the accommodation is not returned in the same condition as when you arrived, we reserve the right to charge you a cleaning fee. Don’t forget to empty and clean the fridge. We will provide you with the necessary equipment.
You can ask for a cleaning fee of €70 when you make your reservation, or €90 when you arrive at reception.
