1. Conditions of admission and stay

1.1. To be admitted to enter, set up, or stay at the CHM, persons must present a valid form of identification and have been authorised to do so by the CHM Management and/or its representative. The latter is obliged to ensure the good upkeep and order of the CHM site as well as compliance with the enforcement of these Internal Regulations. Staying at the CHM implies acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations and an undertaking to comply with them. No-one may establish domicile here. To this end, each Resident must provide proof of a primary place of residence.

1.2. Non-naturists are not permitted to enter the CHM. Management will refuse any “Guest Stay” access to non-naturists. Lone persons who have never stayed at the CHM before must be referred by a Resident. Otherwise, access will be denied. At the time of a guest’s first stay, if the guest arrives alone without the others, they will be considered a lone person and therefore not permitted to stay at the centre without a referral.
As soon as they are admitted to the CHM site, all persons must clearly display the badge showing their photo and details certifying their right to stay. This badge is non-transferable and may be required for inspection in all locations. All persons must be staying on the pitch indicated on their badge, which must always be kept up to date (dates, pitch, etc.).
All persons must comply with the checks carried out at the various entrances to the entertainment venues, at beach access points, and on occupied pitches. To be admitted to the CHM site, Vehicles must be registered at the reception desk.

1.3. Minors unaccompanied by their parents and/or legal guardians will only be admitted with written authorisation from them and under the mandatory responsibility of an adult present on the CHM site throughout the minor child’s stay.

2. Installation

Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed on the designated pitch in accordance with the guidelines issued by the CHM Management and/or its representatives. The installation must maintain an attractive visual appearance and blend in with the immediate surroundings of the pitch, notably in compliance with the technical specifications.
Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could adversely affect the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly its sanitary facilities. It is prohibited to dispose of waste water on the ground or into gutters. Customers must empty waste water into the facilities provided for this purpose.

3. Notices

3.1. These Internal Regulations are displayed at the entrance to the site. A copy will be provided to any User upon request.

3.2. The posting of private notices is subject to authorisation by the CHM site Management. Management reserves the right to remove any unauthorised, unsuitable, or ambiguous notices from the noticeboards.

4. Departure and arrival procedures

Arrival times shall be as follows for:

  • Accommodation: between 4 pm and 8 pm, and departures before 10 am.
  • Pitches: arrival from 12 noon, departure before 12 noon.

In the event of late arrival, Users must notify reception of their estimated time of arrival. If arriving after the offices have closed, users must gain entry via the Security Checkpoint and must report to reception the following morning. In the event of late departure, Users are advised that they may be charged for an additional day.

5. Noise and quiet hours

The CHM Management and/or its representatives ensure peace and quiet for their guests by setting hours during which total silence must be observed, namely between 11 pm and 7 am.
Outside these hours, Users must nevertheless keep noise levels down and ensure they do not cause any disturbance or nuisance that could disrupt the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood and/or other Users.
Audio devices must be adjusted accordingly. Car doors and boots must be closed as quietly as possible.
To prevent noise nuisance during the high season caused by pitch maintenance works, the use of lawnmowers, combustion engine-powered mowing or trimming equipment, and any noisy equipment is strictly prohibited between 15 June and 15 September (unless an exceptional exemption is granted by the Centre’s Management). Outside this period, noisy works are prohibited on Sundays and public holidays.

6. Guest Stay

Residents may accommodate one or more subtenants. Any registration of a subtenant must be submitted no later than 48 hours in advance, in writing only, by the owner of the Accommodation.
You may also complete the form by going to reception, your online Resident portal, or the residents’ reception desk. No requests other than these will be accepted. Only Accommodation owners may carry out these formalities. Guests accommodated must of course be naturists.
Subtenants are the sole responsibility of the Accommodation owner. In the event of non-compliance, penalties may extend to a ban from the Guest Stay scheme.

7. Visitors

Only owner-residents are authorised to host day visitors, subject to the same registration procedure. If the owner is absent, the visitor will be refused access to the site.
Subject to authorisation by the CHM Management and/or its representatives, Visitors may be admitted to the CHM site under the responsibility of the Users hosting them for a maximum of 5 hours and a maximum of one visit per week for the same visitor, without access to the site’s facilities and activities. Day visitors will be issued a visitor wristband.
Only Accommodation owners may carry out these procedures. Guests accommodated must of course be naturists.

Parking is strictly limited to the spaces and car parks provided for this purpose and must not obstruct traffic or hinder the arrival and set-up of newly arriving guests.
As motorhomes are not considered Vehicles within the meaning of these regulations, they must be parked outside the campsite or on the pitch strictly designated for them.

9. Use of golf buggies

The driving of golf buggies is subject to strict conditions, namely having completed Compulsory Basic Training as a minimum and being at least 16 years of age. Proof of driving entitlement will be required prior to any use. In the absence of such documentation, the driving of golf buggies is strictly prohibited.
Golf buggies must be registered and insured, and the insurance certificate must be provided to the CHM Management and/or its representatives before the buggy is brought onto the CHM site, and at any time upon simple request.
The speed limit for golf buggies is 10 km/h, and the number of passengers must be strictly limited to the number of seats provided.

Before organising any game, it is necessary to consult the rules of the relevant play areas.

13. Beach - Water park - Spa

13.1. Access to these various areas is monitored and may be denied to anyone failing to comply with the requirement of full nudity. Bathing is permitted only within the “bathing boundaries” set by the Lifeguards, who hold full authority over the selection of the bathing area. All Users must comply, without exception, with the safety rules. For hygiene reasons, showering is compulsory before entering the swimming pool and the water park.

13.2. Access to the CHM water park areas is exclusively reserved for CHM Guests holding a badge. Children must be accompanied by a legally responsible adult capable of providing constant supervision. Other minors remain at all times under the responsibility of their parents and/or legal guardians.

14. Commercial activity

Users are strictly prohibited from conducting any commercial activities whatsoever on the CHM site, without special, express authorisation or exemption from the CHM Management and/or its representatives.

15. Naturism

As the CHM is exclusively naturist, full nudity is compulsory for anyone entering the site. Wearing swimwear, thongs, and intimate jewellery is prohibited throughout the CHM. Failure to comply with nudity rules on site may result in a warning from the CHM team responsible, in particular, for enforcing these Internal Regulations. However, in accordance with hygiene standards, everyone must carry a garment or towel to sit on where necessary (weather conditions, hygiene, etc.).
The issuance of warnings/formal notices may lead to the offender being permanently expelled from the CHM site. The naturist lifestyle is based on proper physical conduct (nudity) and moral conduct (tolerance), as well as proper attitudes, thereby excluding any ambiguity, any form of exhibitionism or provocation, and any malicious or inappropriate remarks. Any public indecency or violation of the naturist character of the CHM, as well as any exhibitionist behaviour, or any attitude of a sexual nature or likely to constitute a criminal offence, is strictly prohibited and will be penalised by the immediate expulsion of the perpetrator under the terms of Article 1226 of the French Civil Code and/or Article 21 of these internal regulations. Such expulsion shall also result in the immediate and permanent termination of the contract binding the perpetrator to SOCNAT, such as, in particular, a holiday stay contract or pitch rental contract, without any compensation or refund.

16. Works

All works must be the subject of an application and prior authorisation from the CHM Management and/or its representatives, and must comply with the terms of the Technical Specifications. Failing this, the CHM Management and/or its representatives may demand the immediate cessation of the works.
All works carried out on the CHM site must comply with the provisions of Article 5 above.

17. Animals

Domestic pets are the only animals permitted on the campsite.
Pets must be kept on a lead and not allowed to roam freely. They must not be left unattended on the campsite, even if locked indoors, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly liable for them.
Dogs classified as Category 1 (Pitbull type or Boerboel type) and Category 2 (American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Tosa, and Rottweiler) are prohibited on the CHM site. Permitted dogs will be admitted into the CHM upon presentation of an up-to-date vaccination certificate and proof of microchipping or tattoo identification.
Dogs and cats are prohibited in all public areas of the CHM (the Shopping Centre, Robert Poulain area, OBOULABA cinema, water park areas, and all enclosed public areas). In general, they must not cause any disturbance or nuisance to Users.

The CHM undertakes to comply with all applicable regulations regarding personal data protection, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on personal data protection (the “GDPR”) and amended Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
You may exercise your right of access, rectification, modification, restriction, portability, withdrawal, and erasure of your personal data, and define instructions for your data after your death, by sending a letter to the registered office of SOCNAT or via the form at: dpo.homair.com

19. Filming and photography

Taking photographs and/or filming individuals or groups of people within the CHM is prohibited, except strictly for the purpose of family photographs and videos. Failure to comply with this rule will be regarded as a breach of the freedom of others, and will be penalised by the immediate and permanent termination of the stay or rental contract, and by the expulsion of the offender.

20. Alcohol and prohibited substances

The possession and/or consumption of alcoholic products by minors are strictly prohibited on the CHM site. Alcohol and alcoholic beverages should be consumed in moderation. Public drunkenness or an obvious state of inebriation is prohibited in communal areas of the CHM. Penalties may be imposed against the parents and/or legal guardians of minor children found in a state of inebriation. Drink-driving is prohibited on the CHM site. The possession and/or consumption of illicit substances, as defined by the laws in force in France, will result in the immediate expulsion of the offender, following termination of their stay, without compensation or refund. As this constitutes a criminal offence, the offender is also liable to prosecution.

21. Antisocial behaviour

All individuals must comply with basic rules of social courtesy and decency. Fighting, insults, abusive language, threats, aggressive behaviour, and any other forms of antisocial behaviour are expressly prohibited.
This applies even more strictly to any racist or discriminatory acts.
Any act defined under Article 225-1 of the French Criminal Code constitutes discrimination.
In the event of non-compliance with the provisions of these internal regulations, the CHM Management or its representatives may, verbally or in writing, if deemed necessary, formally require the perpetrator to cease the disturbance. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and, where applicable, after formal notice to comply, the Management may terminate the contract binding it to the perpetrator. In the event of a criminal offence, the CHM Management or its representatives may contact the police.
